Facility Resident Process
When a facility used Medicaid Success, we make the Medicaid approval process as easy as possible. Your facility will be assigned a dedicated Medicaid Eligibility Specialist who will help your residents through every stage.
Before we can begin to prepare a Medicaid application, we will need to know certain information. Our on-site Medicaid Eligibility Specialist will complete and intake packet.
Once our Medicaid Eligibility Specialist receives the intake information summary, they will review it for any potentially problematic issues. If there are any items which require clarification, they will reach out to the client directly to get clarification.
Medicaid requires that you document every item in the Medicaid Application. Our Medicaid Eligibility Specialist will identify the documents that the Department will be asking for and provide the client with a checklist of items to track down. we will assist the family in retrieving any documents.
The information we collect will be put into the Medicaid application and provided to the client for review and signature. Once the signed application is returned to our office, it will be submitted along with the required documentation to the Medicaid Department to being the application process.
If the Medicaid Department requires additional information or documentation, they will notify our Medicaid Eligibility Specialist.
